According to a tweet from Mike Davidson, Twitter is going to lose his vice-president of design:

This is a fairly high-profile losses for the company, which hopes to pick up the pace when it comes to signing new customers with flashy new features visually stimulating heart instead of stars, points (and moving moments) and voting (and the expansion of voting) and better-looking pictures. Davidson previously spent time at, Diseny and Newsvine (NBC News).

No other information was given on what’s next for him or when Twitter will look to guide the design.

Since “nothing sacred” to Twitter, how changes in the functions and design, it is possible, the company will go quickly and easily, without the need for that particular place at a high level.

We turned to Twitter for comment and will update when we hear more.
