After opening plans in the past year, Microsoft has decided not to wait until after the launch of Office 2016 to make the transition smoother. New plans have been available since the beginning of the month, and the company can begin the transition to the new plans.

Plans Office 365, SMB, called Office 365, Business Essentials, Business Office 365 and Office 365 Business Premium, designed to replace Microsoft’s current small business, small business and medium-sized businesses plan premium. The new plans start at just $ 5 (£ 3, AU $ 6) per month, or $ 60 (£ 39, AU $ 81) per year, and go up to $ 12,50 (£ 8, AU $ 17) per user per month or $ 150 (£ 99, AU $ 204) a year.

Microsoft guarantees 99.9% uptime with these plans. In addition, all three plans include 24/7 phone support for critical issues and local synchronization of Active Directory for single sign-on.

Office 365 Business Premium

Business Premium is the most expensive Microsoft’s plan for small and medium businesses. There’s no annual obligation under the plan, and Microsoft is including all the features available in the lower-tier plans.

Business and Business Basics

Business Essentials plan is the most affordable Office 365 bundle Microsoft’s small and medium-sized businesses. The plan does not include office applications, or mobile access to Office, but you will have access to Office Online. It also includes all of the web and social instruments found on business plan Premium.

at $ 8,25 (£ 5 AU $ 11) per month, the plan business is a mid-range SMB proposal. As premium business plan, business users have access to the Office 2016 on up to 5 PCs or Mac computers, the ability to use Office applications on smartphones and tablets, and access to Office Online.

Office 365 Business comes with 1TB of OneDrive for business, but the plan does not include features such as an exchange of e-mail, Lync, SharePoint and Yammer.

Microsoft does not give any indication as to whether the company will increase OneDrive for storage within the business. The company recently made headlines when he decided to cut limits consumer storage OneDrive.
