More information about incoming Samsung SSD were leaked through the Japanese site of the company, apparently by accident, which put on the product page 750 EVO SSD before quickly pulling it down.

not before the good people over at Tom’s Hardware have noticed and translated parts, although spilling the beans about what we can expect from this CD.

the Samsung 750 EVO controller uses Samsung MGX and technologies Site theorizes that it uses a 2D planar NAND Flash, given that the 3D V-NAND memory is not mentioned at all in the details of the product – and you certainly suggest that this would, if used. (Said 3D V-memory NAND, or vertical NAND, has been used in similar Samsung 850 EVO, pictured above).

Key Features (120GB model) include sequential read and write speed of 540MB / s and 520MB / s, respectively, random read (QD32) coming in at 94,000 IOPS and random writes at 88,000 IOPS.

It should also be noted that it will be pitched as a budget drive, three-year warranty, though, as it is available it will be remains to be seen.

With respect to capacity, 120Gb and 250GB models have been featured on the site before being pulled (although the last link does not work, so that all the information is taken from the first).

And on the security front, AES 256-bit encryption is supported FDE along with other standards.

Samsung, EVO 750 should start soon, as you would expect, given a false start with a publishing site, and it may well be before the end of the month.
