Facebook video audience is growing by leaps and bounds. It now sees 8 billion video views daily average of 500 million users. This compared with only 4 billion video views per day in April. Mark Zuckerberg made the announcement to the call for investors the following blockbuster Q3 2015 earnings report, Facebook.

Some may say that this article is not completely accurate, as Facebook has just 3 seconds, watching the “look.” But the growth of seven months 100% indicates that even when controlling this limitation metric users still eagerly consume video.

Even at just 3 seconds per view, Facebook generates 760 years time hours each day. This means that there are tons of places to Facebook, to lure television commercial of dollars that the transition to digital. It also has the opportunity to grow more viewers with the ongoing test, where it pays a share of revenue to top video crators.
